订单发货时间说明

感谢您对南京先飞机器人有限公司的信任。为方便您安排采购和使用计划，现将订单发货时间、出库准备及加急服务安排说明如下。

一、 批量订单按约定交付，现货零售订单分批发出

批量订单及项目订单，按照合同约定和双方确认的交付计划执行。

常规零售产品通常备有库存，具体以所购型号、数量及订单确认情况为准。现货零售订单适用以下常规发货安排。

对于缺货、预售、定制、特殊配置或特殊运输要求的订单，我们将单独与您确认发货时间。已知需要延长备货时间的，将尽量在付款前说明。

具体订单已有明确交期约定，或交易平台有适用发货要求的，按照相应约定及规则执行。

二、付款及订单信息确认后，按以下时间安排发货

在付款成功且发货所需信息齐全的情况下，常规预计发货时间如下：

以上时间均为北京时间。工作日一般为周一至周五，法定节假日除外；节假日前后及特殊发货安排，将提前公告或在订单确认时告知。

付款成功以支付成功记录为依据，银行转账以款项到账为准。请同时提供完整的产品型号、数量、配置要求及收货信息，以便及时安排。

如您需要修改订单或收货信息，请及时联系我们；确实影响备货或运输安排的，我们将与您重新确认预计时间。

具备提前发货条件时，我们会尽量提前安排。

三、每笔订单出库前，均需完成必要的检验与复核

为确保商品准确、完整地发出，我们在出库环节设置独立的检验与复核程序，包括：

1. 核对订单：确认型号、数量及配置要求。

2. 检验产品：按照产品要求完成相应质量检验。

3. 检查完整性：复核配件、附件及随货资料。

4. 确认运输防护：检查包装及必要的防护措施。

这些工作有助于减少错发、漏发及产品异常给您带来的不便，已纳入正常发货时间安排。

常规订单与加急订单，均需完成必要的质量检验和出库复核。

四、发货后按承运商班次运输，送达时间需结合目的地判断

本说明中的“发货”，是指商品已经实际交给承运商，并形成相应交接或揽收记录。仅生成运单号或打印面单，不代表已经完成发货。

不同承运商的揽收、分拣和运输班次有所不同。商品交运后，物流信息更新及实际转运可能存在时间差，送达时间还取决于运输方式、目的地及实际运输情况。

如果您有明确的使用日期，请尽量在付款前告知我们，以便共同确认合适的发货与运输安排。跨境及特殊运输订单，还需结合相应手续和运输条件确认。

五、紧急需求请提前沟通，我们将协助评估加急安排

如您需要提前发货、指定时间送达、同城配送、专车运输或自提，请尽量在下单或付款前提出。

我们将结合库存、检验进度及运输条件评估可行性，与您确认具体时间、处理方式及需要配合的事项。

加急安排以双方明确确认为准。如涉及额外服务或运输费用，我们会在实施前说明费用内容，并征得您的同意。

六、预计影响发货时，我们会主动联系您

如因库存异常、出库检验发现问题或承运商临时调整等情况，预计影响原定发货安排，我们将尽量在原预计时间前主动联系您，说明原因、调整后的预计时间及可选处理方案。

暂时无法确定新时间的，我们会告知下一次反馈时间；需要分批发货、调整产品或更换运输方式的，将与您协商确认。

发货后，我们将提供承运商及运单信息。如物流进度出现异常，请及时联系我们，我们会协助查询和跟进。

Statement on Order Shipment Timeline

Thank you for your trust in Nanjing Xianfei Robotics Co., Ltd. To help you arrange procurement and usage plans, we hereby specify the order shipment timeline, outbound preparation and expedited service arrangements as follows.

I. Bulk orders delivered as agreed; spot retail orders shipped in batches

Bulk orders and project orders shall be executed in accordance with the contract and the delivery plan confirmed by both parties.

Standard retail products are generally kept in stock, subject to the purchased model, quantity and order confirmation. Spot retail orders are subject to the standard shipment arrangements below.

For orders out of stock, pre-sold, customized, with special configurations or special transportation requirements, we will confirm the shipment date with you separately.

If a longer lead time is known in advance, we will inform you prior to payment where possible.

Where a specific order has a confirmed delivery date, or the trading platform has applicable shipping requirements, such agreements and rules shall prevail.

II. Shipment schedule upon payment and order information confirmation

When payment is completed and all information required for shipment is ready, the standard estimated shipment time is as follows:

All times stated above are Beijing Time. Business days are generally Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Special shipment arrangements around holidays will be announced in advance or notified at order confirmation.

Successful payment is based on the payment confirmation record. For bank transfers, payment is deemed completed only upon receipt of funds. Please also provide complete product model, quantity, configuration requirements and delivery information for timely arrangement.

Should you need to modify your order or delivery details, please contact us promptly. Where changes materially affect stock preparation or transportation arrangements, we will reconfirm the estimated timeline with you.

We will arrange earlier shipment to the maximum extent possible when pre-shipment conditions are met.

III. Necessary inspection and review shall be completed before each order leaves the warehouse

To ensure accurate and complete delivery of goods, we have established independent inspection and review procedures for outbound processing, including:

1. Order Verification: Confirm product model, quantity and configuration requirements.

2. Product Inspection: Conduct corresponding quality checks in accordance with product specifications.

3. Completeness Check: Verify accessories, attachments and accompanying documents.

4. Transport Protection Confirmation: Examine packaging and necessary protective measures.

These procedures help reduce inconvenience caused by incorrect shipments, missing items or product anomalies and are included in the standard shipment timeline.

Both standard and expedited orders are subject to mandatory quality inspection and outbound review.

IV. Shipment will be carried out via carrier’s scheduled service after dispatch; delivery time depends on destination

For the purpose of this statement, “shipment” means the goods have been physically handed over to the carrier with corresponding handover or pickup records. Generating a tracking number or printing a shipping label alone does not constitute completed shipment.

Pickup, sorting and shipping schedules vary by carrier. After handover of goods, there may be a time lag for logistics updates and actual transit. Delivery lead time also depends on shipping method, destination and actual transport conditions.

If you have a target usage date, please notify us before payment so that we can jointly confirm suitable shipment and transport arrangements. For cross-border and special transport orders, relevant formalities and transport conditions shall also be taken into account.

V. Please communicate urgent requirements in advance; we will assist in evaluating expedited arrangements

If you require advance shipment, delivery at a specified time, same-city distribution, dedicated vehicle transport or self-pickup, please raise the request before placing the order or making payment wherever possible.

We will assess feasibility based on inventory status, inspection progress and transport conditions, and confirm the specific timeline, handling method and required coordination items with you.

Expedited arrangements are subject to explicit confirmation by both parties. Where additional service or transportation fees apply, we will specify the charges and obtain your consent prior to implementation.

VI. We will proactively contact you if shipment delays are anticipated

In the event that inventory anomalies, issues identified during outbound inspection, temporary carrier adjustments or other circumstances are expected to affect the original shipment schedule, we will endeavor to contact you before the originally estimated time, stating the reason, revised estimated timeline and available options.

If a new timeline cannot be determined temporarily, we will inform you of the next feedback time. Should partial shipment, product adjustment or transport method change be required, we will negotiate and confirm with you.

After shipment, we will provide carrier and tracking information. Please contact us promptly if any logistics abnormality occurs, and we will assist with inquiry and follow-up.
